New Material From Dre and Snoop Possible Detox Taster?

Detox is quite possibly the most highly anticipated album ever, with the release date having been pushed back countless times fans and critics had almost lost interest dismissing Dre’s assurances that it was coming as idle chat.

Now all of a sudden new material has been leaked that may or may not be featuring on the album. The track entitled ‘Flashing’ sees Dr Dre team up with fellow west coast kingpin and long time partner in crime Snoop Dogg.

An ode to all things ‘Flashy’, the tune is something that needs to be popped in your car stereo and pumped up loud, definitely a summer track you can ride to.

The release breathes new life into the question of whether we will see the album hit shelves this summer or not, hopefully Dre can quit messing around, tie up all the ends, decide on a track listing and get the album out at long last.

The only version of the track we could find features a website advert across it marking ownership of the leak, frustrating I know but you can still get a gist for what the track is about, enjoy.

Returned Glastonbury Tickets Go On Sale

If you registered for tickets to Glastonbury this year but weren’t lucky enough to secure any before they sold out don’t fret as a limited amount of tickets have been returned and will go on sale tomorrow Sunday 16th May at 12pm.

Organisers of the festival announced a resale earlier this week and those that are still keen to go will be able to obtain the festival tickets plus a number of caravan and parking tickets from seetickets.com/g2010 or by calling 0844 412 4635, but purchasers must already be successfully registered at glastonburyregistration.co.uk.

With the festival celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and boasting acts such as Stevie Wonder, U2, Muse, Snoop Dogg and Mos Def to name just a few, it’ll definitely be a mash up of note.

Snoop Dogg Confirmed for Glastonbury

Two years ago Rap superstar Jay-Z split the opinions of Glastonbury festival goers, some felt that Hip Hop wasn’t the direction Glastonbury should be going in while others embraced the decision as a step forward for the festival.

Obviously the sentiments of those that embraced the Jay-Z decision were noted as another Hip Hop heavyweight has been confirmed to headline the Pyramid stage, none other than the Doggfather himself Mr Snoop D O double G.

Snoop isn’t the only big Hip Hop act performing, the Uk’s own Dizzee Rascal will be joining Snoop at the Pyramid, while the legendary Mos Def accompanied by a full live band can be found on the West Holts stage on the same day.
